St. Luke's Health System is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their amazing, highly collegial and patient focused team at Trinity Mountain Medical, Family Medicine in Mountain Home, Idaho.  The selected individual with be partnering with one of our physicians in a team-based care model sharing a patient panel.  At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecological care (OB/GYN).  The Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) is responsible for providing high-quality healthcare through the diagnosis and treatment of patients with conditions ranging from mild, to acute and/or chronic.
