St. Luke's is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner to join a highly collegial and patient focused team at the St. Luke's Pain Management Clinic in Meridian. Our providers care for patients with complicated and chronic medical, surgical, or neurological pain.  The goals of the pain management clinic are to improve function, increase physical strength, stamina and flexibility, continue activities of daily living and reduce and/or eliminate pain medications. Our practice is comprised of a physician who is board certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology and two advanced practicing practitioners.   JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: - Graduation from an accredited school with a minimum of a Master’s Degree and certification, as required by the specialty, as well as eligibility to obtain licensure from Idaho to practice as a Nurse Practitioner - Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses. - Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension/expression. - Ability to manage a fast-paced, busy clinical environment related to changing patient needs, including work with patients with acute, chronic, and complex disease processes. - Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).   WHY ST. St. Luke's Health System in Idaho is currently seeking an experienced acute care surgery and trauma medical director. Must be a board certified general surgeon.  A fellowship in trauma and acute care is beneficial.   This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate and driven physician looking to help us build a regional trauma system, a key strategic priority for the health system.  Leader will be supported by a high level of administrative leadership backing and resourcing to be successful. This is a full time position with anticipated 50/50 administrative/clinical split but could vary as needed. This is a NICU  61-bed unit, with advanced technology support (HFV, iNO, therapeutic hypothermia, noninvasive ventilation), semi-private rooms, and a priority of family-centered care. It maintains an ADC of 35 and approximately 900 admissions peryear.  NNPs provide daily rounding support and in-house night coverage with an in-house Neonatologist at this facility.     The Children's Hospital provides a full complement of Pediatric Subspecialty services with the exception of ECMO or complex congenital heart surgery.
