St. Luke’s Health System is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physician in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine to step into a dynamic leadership role at our thriving Urgent Care clinic in beautiful Twin Falls, Idaho.
As the Urgent Care Site Medical Director, you’ll join a highly skilled, team-oriented group of providers and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our community. This full-time (1.0 FTE) opportunity offers a blended clinical and leadership role, giving you the chance to practice medicine while influencing the growth and operations of our clinic.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide hands-on clinical care in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care setting
• Oversee and support a talented team of Advanced Practice Providers
• Collaborate with the System Medical Director for strategic and operational improvements
• Receive 5–8 hours/month of additional billable administrative time
Clinic Snapshot:
• Open 7 days a week: Weekdays 7 AM–10 PM | Weekends 9 AM–10 PM
• Treats pediatric and adult patients for a wide range of urgent, non-emergency conditions (e.g., lacerations, colds/flu, fractures, minor injuries)
• Fully equipped with on-site lab and imaging services
• Supported by a collaborative care team of RNs, CMAs, and CNAs
