St. Luke’s Health System in Twin Falls, ID seeks a BC/BE Family Medicine physician interested or specializing in adult medicine (can include adolescent medicine) to join one of our busy adult medicine practices. We are a highly dedicated, evidence based and collegial team and are currently comprised of a group of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrician and Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. This specific opportunity would be embedded within a traditional Internal Medicine practice that comprises 2 Internal Medicine doctors, 4 nurse practitioners, and 1 physician assistant. We offer flexible 4 day clinic scheduling and approximately 1:14 call via phone only (no chance of needing to come into the hospital or clinic after hours). We are located in a state of the art facility  and perform a wide scope of services, including women’s health (non-OB), diabetes management, minor procedures, immunizations, behavioral health care, and the full variety of adult medical issues. St. Luke’s Health System’s (SLHS) Cancer Institute in Boise, ID seeks a BC/BE Hematologist/ Oncologist with specific interest in adult hematological malignancies and cell therapy. Our Hematologic Malignancies and Blood and Marrow Transplantation Program became a free-standing program within SLHS in April 2018, FACT accredited in 1993 (Autologous) and in 2019 (Allogeneic) for performing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, with CAR-T cell treatment starting in late 2021.  Our dedicated heme malignancy and cell therapy program is the only such program in the state of Idaho, and in addition to treating Idaho patients, also treats patients from bordering states such as eastern Oregon, western Montana, Wyoming and north-east Nevada. The program is an NMDP Transplant Center, an NMDP Apheresis Collection Center of Excellence, and is fully FACT accredited, offering all types of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation integrated with a vibrant acute leukemia treatment program.  The program further functions as an academic tertiary heme-malignancy and cell therapy program, but officially is non-academic due to having no university affiliated medical school in Idaho. St. Luke's Health System is growing and seeks a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join our team of dedicated and compassionate patient-centered providers in Boise and Meridian, ID (Treasure Valley). The ideal candidate will join a mature, busy practice comprised of five physicians and seven APPs, and work in both our Boise and Meridian clinics. The typical patient population will be made up of adults, but there could be an opportunity to see the occasional pediatric patient.  Typical days consist of new patients, follow-ups, joint injections, interpreting labs and imaging, and collaborating care between multiple providers and specialties. Full time consists of 32 direct patient care hours per week, 46 weeks per year.  Boise/Meridian: 1 in 8 call for one week to cover Rheumatology practice. Our Boise rheumatology clinic has a lab imbedded in the clinic, is attached to the rehab hospital with Dexa and imaging and access to a virtual PharmD. Our Meridian rheumatology clinic has a lab imbedded in the clinic, an in-person PharmD and is attached to the hospital and access to Dexa and imaging. Ultrasound is also available. Our team consists of trained and experienced healthcare professionals skilled in medical care for adults, including routine and preventive health checks, diagnosis and treatment when a medical problem is first suspected, and ongoing management of chronic illness. Our internists keep the whole patient in mind, rather than merely focusing on a single disease or organ system.    A broad scope of services are offered, including (but not limited to) the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease and hypertension, kidney disease, gastrointestinal problems, allergies, cancer, anemia, and lung problems, such as asthma and emphysema.
