NP/PA: Physical Medicine and Rehab

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a flexible full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant to join our patient focused Physical Medicine and Rehab Team. This team currently consists of 4 physicians and 2 APP's who offer comprehensive care after catastrophic events such as brain or spinal cord injury, and after less serious physical injury.  This position will be hybrid with inpatients in St. Luke's Rehab hospital and support the PMR OP clinic as needed. 

What to Expect:

• 4-10-hour shifts
• Experience is preferred, but new grads will be considered. 
• Malpractice insurance as well as malpractice tail coverage
• $3,500 Professional Development Fund
• 5 CME days are included to complete education aside from accrued PTO
