Seeking BC/BE Pediatricians to join our patient focused Pediatric Hospitalist program at St. Luke's Medical Center in Boise, ID. This full-time opportunity boasts a supportive work environment and close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional inpatient pediatric care. The Pediatric Hospitalists will have a great relationship with the Pediatrics clinics in Treasure Valley, as well as the Pediatric Hospitalist program in Twin Falls. Enjoy state of the art facilities, associated with the state’s only Children’s Hospital, while working with award winning health system in a thriving community with abundant outdoor activities.
Responsibilities will include caring for inpatient pediatric patients, normal newborn exams, ER consults, and occasional after hours calls from nurse triage. Attending deliveries is not required. Pediatric subspecialty care is available at the associated Children’s hospital and includes most pediatric subspecialties. Call is from home and the schedule offers excellent work/life balance and a flexible work schedule. This position includes teaching opportunities with residents. There is ample opportunity for quality improvement activities and education for the community and staff.
