At St. Luke’s, our dedicated multidisciplinary team strives to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional Palliative patient services. The palliative care team provides coverage in the Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, Idaho hospitals, and it has two clinics in Boise and Meridian. The selected individual will work with an interdisciplinary team. Outpatient: 1 physician, 2 social workers, 1 RN, 1 MA, and 2 front office patient assistants; Inpatient: 5 physicians, 2 APPs, and 3 social workers.
