Overview

To continue our mission to serve the patients in the communities, our Nampa, ID team seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.
  • Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance license
