St. Luke's Health System seeks a BC/BE Hospitalist physician to join our team of dedicated and compassionate patient-centered physicians, PAs and NPs. This hybrid position will consist of two roles: one as a hospitalist admitting and rounding on adult inpatients admitted to St. Luke's Boise and Meridian hospitals, the other as a Hospital at Home physician, admitting and rounding on patients admitted to our Hospital at Home program. The physician will additionally supervise Hospital at Home and Hospital Medicine PAs and NPs as they admit and round on patients. The roles will focus on improving clinical outcomes, program evolution, operational efficiency, and inter-provider collaboration. Our hospitalists participate in quality projects and protocol development that emphasizes coordinated, multi-disciplinary care. In addition to direct patient care, the Hospital Medicine group oversees a teaching team of residents from our local Internal Medicine residency program.
The team enjoys a flexible schedule, a robust compensation model, comprehensive benefits, generous paid time off, CME allowance, and potential recruitment incentives.
The physician will ideally possess notable expertise as a Hospitalist or relevant experience in this domain.
