Overview

The St. Luke's Salmon River Family Medicine in Riggins, ID seeks a family medicine advanced practice provider (NP/PA).  Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life. 

 

At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including women’s health, obstetrics, annual exams, immunizations for children and adults, family planning, skin biopsies and lesion removals, diabetes management, and sports medicine. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider. We also offer orthopedic and physical therapy for adults and children to help with recovery from an injury, surgery, or to manage a chronic issue like arthritis. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited school with a minimum of a Master’s Degree and certification, as required by the specialty, as well as eligibility to obtain licensure from Idaho to practice as a Nurse Pratitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
