    St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a 4th board BC/BE phyisician to join our experienced and cohesive pediatric critical care team.  St. Luke’s Children’s has a “hospital within a hospital” structure at St. Luke’s Regional Medical center - a 388 bed tertiary care hospital located in Boise, Idaho.  The PICU, the first in the state of Idaho, is a 13 bed multidisciplinary ICU with 550-600 admissions/year, including active pediatric surgery, neurosurgery and oncology programs, as well as an evolving trauma program.  The private practice PICU group (PICU Associates, LLC) provides direct patient care in the PICU, medical direction of pediatric transport, sedation services, and limited pediatric inpatient services. 


    St. Luke's Children's Hospital will be opening the new, state-of-the-art Idaho Elks Children's Pavilion in early 2019. This project is a $42 million, 4-story, 85,000 square foot central building for all of our outpatient pediatric services under the same roof. For safe, direct access, the Children's Pavilion will connect to our Hospital via sky bridge. St. Luke's has more than 150 skilled pediatricians and pediatric specialists, including a full service hospitalist program who work with providers from around the region to provide high quality care to more than 100,000 pediatric patients annually.
