St. Luke's Mountain States Tumor Institute is currently seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner for our Hematologic Malignancies and Bone Marrow Transplantation Program. This is a unique opportunity to help a developing transplant program in the area. We are specifically looking for a candidate that has experience working within Hematology and/or Oncology, preferably within a transplant program. St. Luke's MSTI has an adult autologous transplant program, as well as a brand-new allogeneic transplant program that started just this spring. The allogeneic program is the first program in the state of Idaho, and provides patient care for this state as well as bordering states such as Oregon, Montana, Wyoming and Nevada. This position would be working with both the autologous and allogeneic transplant programs.
Patients and their families have trusted St. Luke's MSTI for more than 40 years. Today we are a network of five cancer centers dedicated to state-of-the-art treatment. Our main cancer center in Boise brings you medical and radiation oncology specialists, as well as fellowship trained cancer surgeons in areas such as thoracic, hepatobiliary, gynecologic, and urologic oncology. We’re also home to Idaho’s only pediatric cancer program and federally sponsored hemophilia center.
Known as the "City of Trees," Boise is Idaho's capital city—both a cultural center and a playground for those who love the outdoors. Boise is located on the Boise River in southwestern Idaho. A vibrant downtown area affords fine dining, theatre, music, and college and semi-professional sports. Downtown Boise's main attractions include the Idaho State Capitol, the classic Egyptian Theatre, the Boise Art Museum, Julia Davis Park and Zoo Boise. The Greenbelt follows the beautiful Boise River corridor for more than 30 miles, and the Boise foothills are home to miles of hiking and biking trails.
