The Advanced Practice Pediatric Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing high-quality healthcare through the diagnosis and treatment of patients with conditions ranging from mild, to acute and/or chronic. The PNP will provide comprehensive care for the pediatric patient through direct medical/nursing care in collaboration with the physician. Care includes: health promotion, health supervision, illness prevention and diagnosis, treatment and management of various health problems and conditions. The APP works under the supervision of a designated physician, and in collaboration with a team of other providers and staff.
