St. Luke’s Health System the leading health provider in Idaho and a Top 15 Health System nationally is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Consumer Access & Experience (CAE) System team in Nampa, Idaho. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice comprehensive, patient-centered care within an innovative care model designed to make healthcare more accessible, connected, and personalized for every patient we serve.

As part of our Consumer Access & Experience initiative, you’ll deliver high-quality, coordinated primary care with a focus on convenience, communication, and continuity. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and advanced system tools that streamline care delivery, enhance patient engagement, and improve outcomes.

What You’ll Do
• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with integrated care teams including advanced practitioners, nurses, behavioral health, and population health specialists.
• Contribute to innovative care delivery models that improve access, experience, and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement and data-driven decision-making to advance patient care.
• Enjoy a flexible 4-day work schedule that supports balance and well-being.

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Idaho medical licensure.
• A passion for accessible, team-based, and patient-centered care.
